PMDD Guide

I struggle with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder instead of the usual patch ups that the doctors throw at me I created a mini guide that I refer to and add to each month. 

Walk, beach, mall

Naps

80% health 20% fun foods

Happy, light, easy you can do this 

Loose clothes 

Do things you're supposed to be doing

Sleeping, lounging, cooking, working on your dreams- brand, yoga

SURRENDER

No forcing no rushing 

Music 

Jeans - get ready for the day shower early regular clothes 

Oranges, bananas, lemon water

Eat at home, do your yoga, walk 

Home early!! In bed early!! 

Afternoon swim

Loose clothes 

Let these emotions be a release and awakening of what you need to change in your life the anxieties will fade once you proceed into what you are here to do and what brings you light - i.e. photos, creating, fashion, eclectic, yogi, home, art, cozy, creation

Flowers, library, slow 

Positive mindset

Let things bounce off of you do not absorb

Stocked fridge

Stocked cupboards
