This was a piece of advice given to me a bit ago regarding work and how 50% of your work should be going into you and your endeavors the other 50% goes into your actual job

I forgot about this one and recently saw it on a post it note I had I fully believe this is true because dreams can fall to the side especially if you are working in a job that is constant we must prioritize ourselves in order to fulfill what is bigger for us/our true passions
